The project design was inspired on a Dutch game named “koekhappen’, which was transformed into a playful version in literature named ‘boekhappen’ : tasting words. The quotes were made of edible ink and printed on edible paper.

Children and adults could taste quotes from the work of Anne Frank, Annie M.G. Schmidt and  Spinoza. Each were in their own way iconic in their freedom of speech and thoughts.  This event was part of the World Book festival in Amsterdam.
